Origin of the ICZNwiki

ICZNWiki went live on 1 November 2007. The starting text is that of the fourth edition of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (1999), as found on the [http://www.iczn.org/iczn/index.jsp ICZN Website], but with some differences in formatting, as explained under [:ICZNconventions#Formatting:ICZNconventions].
