"Name-bearing types. The name-bearing type of a nominal family-group taxon is a nominal genus-group taxon called the "type genus"; the family-group name is based upon that of the type genus [Art. 29]. Alternatively, the Glossary could define "nominal taxon" better, in accordance with its usage here and in Art. 67.1. See Glossary. It seems to me that "nominal species", "nominal species and subspecies" and "nominal species-group taxon" is the same. The Code should consistently use only one expression.
